I have newly painted workflow maps where sending on a WebReport step traces (and then of course locks the workflow).
CS10 SP2 update 9. The upgrade to update 9 occurred early march. Patch pat100000709 (for LPAD-32182) was added earlier this week.

I created a new wf map with a start step and 2 WebReport steps. WebReport steps have "display with other packages" selected.
Initiate the wf
