HTML Encode Web Report output

Hi

I am developing a report that lists all folders within a folder. In my case there is a folder in the system namely <Strategy & Operations> with angular brackets.

When the report gets rendered the browser displays blank row, since it cannot differentiate between the data & HTML tag. Is there a way to display the data that has angular brackets like the one shown above.
